Client and Brief:

This is a spec piece for Johnson & Johnson. The piece is a promotional email offering a discount on a baby conditioner targeting parents of children aged between 0-2. The aim is to have the prospect directed to the website to claim their discount in store and a secondary action of finding out more information about the product.

My Approach:

From research I found that parents didn’t really know when they should start applying conditioner to their child’s head with concerns of applying chemicals alongside a concern for treating knots. Emphasising the gentleness of the product and the credible testing reassures the prospect. This also supports the main benefit to them of achieving a bath time that is stress free and enjoyable for everyone involved. Sparking that positive emotion of capturing cherishing moments with their child.
